Growing Family
How exciting! Being in a tight space can be a bit unsettling, but there are options. First, let’s talk about your needs, size of space, budget, area you prefer, and what will make the new space fulfill your dreams.

Empty Nesters
This can mean a lot of things! You might think of downsizing or maybe keeping space available for visits … and how your new space will best meet your future needs. Are you considering one-level living? Do you want separated guest space with a central gathering space to accommodate future holiday celebrations? How does this look to you? I can help you work through the process!
Other Life Transitions
Whether due to illness, loss of spouse, or other life situations that are not easy to move through, I will be there to help you navigate the changes. I’ve experienced some of this myself, and have helped many clients through difficult decisions. My years of experience in aging services has given me the understanding and compassion to gently guide you through the process.
Divorce
It is often a difficult and painful path to navigate, so you can trust my patience and listening skills to help you through this transition. You may just find that a change in perspective can bring new things to look forward to.
Investment Property
What does this look like to you? Are you beginning your investment in property as your first home, with the plan to keep it as an income-producing property and move on to your next home? Or do you already own the home that you love and want to explore the opportunity to purchase a rental? What are your expectations? Are you a handy DIY person and ready for a challenge? … or do you prefer to find a property that is ready to purchase and put a tenant in right away? What is your budget? What level of rental property are you hoping for … Executive space … or smaller low rent property?
